Registration for the V Conferencia Internacional la ValSe-Food y VIII Simposio Chia-Link is now open!
Registration is open from 20th May to 15th September and can be completed by accessing the «Registration form link» below. Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
We also like to let you know that cash payments will not be accepted at the congress venue. Payment methods are credit card or bank transfer. Registration and payment must be made before the specified deadline.
Payment and Registration Invoice
The invoice for the registration fee must be requested during the registration process, by checking the «I need an invoice» box. Please, check carefully your data, before the next step. You can make the payment through credit card or bank transfer. Once registered, you will receive an email with the confirmation and information of your registration. Do not forget that the fields marked with a sign (#) and in red are mandatory.

Cancellation policy
– ADEIT reserves the right to cancel or modify the activity if a minimum number of registrations is not reached or because of other reasons beyond the control of the organisers.
In the case of cancellation of the event, ADEIT will refund the full registration fee, but will not be responsible for any other expenses such as the travel expenses or accommodation bookings.
Cancellation by the participant
The cancellation request must be made through the «Registration» section of the website (with the ticket number and the pin provided) before 10th September 2023, 10% of the fee will be retained by ADEIT for administrative costs. After 10th September, participants withdrawing from the Conference will not receive any refund.
If a conference delegate is unable to attend, he or she can assign his/her registration to another person, as long as ADEIT is informed of the change at least 48 hours before the event.
