ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

– Dates for abstract submission: 15-05-2023 to 21-07-2023 (23:59 CET)

– Accepted abstracts will be presented as an oral communication or poster within one of the specified categories

Abstract format:

– All abstracts must be submitted in English
– The abstract title will have a maximum of 250 characters (including spaces)
– Authors: First and last name, e-mail and country of submitter should be introduced into the on-line submission form (the first and last name of all authors must be listed in the template)
– Affiliations: department (optional), institution/company, city, country
– Abstracts must be structured in sections as stipulated in the template (Background and aims; Methods; Results; and Conclusions). They should have a maximum of 300 words and 1 table or figure (optional)
– Abbreviations must be defined at first use

Posters will be presented during the poster sessions (see programme)

Poster format:

– Vertical format (120 x 90cm)

– Font recommendations: Arial, Arial black, or Calibri, and text size no less than 28 for the body of the different section

Oral communications will be presented during the oral communications session (see programme) as 8-minute presentations followed by 4 minutes for questions. All presenters must include a conflict of interest slide as part of their presentation; this should be the second slide of the presentation and should be displayed for a minimum of 3 seconds.
